TechNique Fitness

We are a brand new, friendly and welcoming fitness studio in the Arches on Viaduct Road, Altrincham.

Join us for Pilates, Yoga, Barre, 'Forever Fit' and chair based 'Sit Fit' group classes. Class sizes are small so that everyone has the support and attention needed to get the most out of every session. We aim to offer something for every body, including beginners, men's and teen's classes.

The studio enjoys a great location with lots of shopping nearby and independent coffee shops, eateries and other well-being businesses alongside us in the Arches.
