A friendly and welcoming studio in the Arches on Viaduct Road, Altrincham. Passionate about encouraging people to move more in a supportive, relaxed environment.

Join us for Pilates or Barre group classes, for all abilities and fitness levels. Class sizes are small so that everyone has the support and attention they need to get the most out of every session.
