Men's Pilates

Teen's Pilates




Yoga
A class suitable for all levels, designed to enhance muscular strength, balance and flexibility whilst supporting focus and a sense of well-being through breath awareness. Week by week you will improve your range of movement, stamina and technique with a variety of different types of Yoga.

Sit Fit
Think you have to jump around to get a great workout? Think again! Exercise is vital for healthy ageing as well as recovery after illness or injury. Challenge yourself in this chair based class where we'll get the heart pumping and work on increasing strength and flexibility while having a lot of fun!


Exercise and movement is one of the keys to ageing well. Maintaining strength and flexibility in later life promotes long term independence and mobility safety. This class incorporates low impact cardio, balance work, strength training and stretching to keep you moving well and feeling strong.
